Demo No No: “I’m not listening…!”

In a demo, clicking or changing screens while the prospect is talking indicates “I’m not listening…!”

 

Just saw this and realized how rude it is!

 

By definition we cannot listen actively y navigate screen elements at the same time.

 

And this was no a case where the presenter was answering the prospect’s question. The presenter was setting up the next segment of his demo.
