A True Story"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\"What's he <em>haciendo<\/em>?\"<\/p>\n<p>- Me susurr\u00f3 mi colega al o\u00eddo<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Particip\u00e9 como tercero en una demostraci\u00f3n presentada por un proveedor asociado a un importante cliente potencial del sector farmac\u00e9utico en Basilea (Suiza). El principal interesado era el Jefe de Inform\u00e1tica de Investigaci\u00f3n, que hab\u00eda reunido a su equipo de una docena de personas para la demostraci\u00f3n, celebrada en una de las grandes salas de conferencias del cliente potencial.<\/p>\n<p>Se trataba de una demostraci\u00f3n general de dos horas de duraci\u00f3n. Mi organizaci\u00f3n estuvo presente, ya que ten\u00edamos un papel importante que desempe\u00f1ar, y dispusimos de los \u00faltimos veinte minutos de la reuni\u00f3n para nuestro segmento.<\/p>\n<p>El vendedor comenz\u00f3 la reuni\u00f3n presentando a su equipo y, a continuaci\u00f3n, hizo una presentaci\u00f3n general de la empresa. \u00a1Tras diez minutos de diapositivas, el Jefe de Inform\u00e1tica de Investigaci\u00f3n se levant\u00f3, camin\u00f3 unos pasos hasta la pared de la sala y empez\u00f3 met\u00f3dicamente a darse cabezazos contra la pared...!<\/p>\n<p>Todos los presentes se quedaron boquiabiertos. Mi colega susurr\u00f3: \"\u00bfQu\u00e9 est\u00e1 <em>haciendo<\/em>?\"<\/p>\n<p>Le respond\u00ed: \"Creo que ha sufrido tanto... <em>muchos<\/em> de estos que est\u00e1 dando a nuestro socio un mensaje claro: '\u00a1Alto!'\"<\/p>\n<p>Le pregunt\u00e9 al jefe, en mi limitado alem\u00e1n suizo: \"\u00bfQuiere que lleguen al software?\".<\/p>\n<p>Respondi\u00f3: \"Ja, bitte...\".<\/p>\n<p>The meeting went forward reasonably smoothly from there, but we all certainly learned a lesson!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Moral?
