Aburrido e insuficiente.<\/p>\n<p>Tiene que haber <em>m\u00e1s<\/em> para convertirla en una historia convincente y resonante que se recuerde y se vuelva a contar.<\/p>\n<p>Chip y Dan Heath, en su obra seminal sobre la narraci\u00f3n de historias, \"Made to Stick\", identificaron cinco atributos clave para que una historia tenga \u00e9xito:<\/p>\n<p>Mensaje sencillo:         El concepto o mensaje debe ser claro y f\u00e1cil de entender.<\/p>\n<p>Experiencia real:         Debe ser cre\u00edble y percibida como verdadera<\/p>\n<p>Elemento sorpresa:   Un giro, acontecimiento o desenlace inesperado genera inter\u00e9s y tensi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Evoca emociones:          Las mejores historias son las que generan una respuesta emocional<\/p>\n<p>Pertinentes:                     Las buenas historias se relacionan directamente con el tema o punto clave<\/p>\n<p>La estructura \"dolor, caracter\u00edsticas, valor\" puede satisfacer tres de estos cinco, pero ignorar dos.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfHay alg\u00fan elemento sorpresa? No.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfEsa estructura evoca una respuesta emocional? Dif\u00edcilmente.<\/p>\n<p>Activar nuestro <em>emociones<\/em> es lo que hace que una historia sea grande y memorable. Por ejemplo:<\/p>\n<p>Empat\u00eda: \"He <em>tambi\u00e9n<\/em> estado en esta posici\u00f3n!\"<\/p>\n<p>Shock: \"OMG - eso es <em>terrible<\/em>!\"<\/p>\n<p>Sorpresa: \"\u00a1Oh, no! \u00bfQu\u00e9 pas\u00f3 despu\u00e9s?\"<\/p>\n<p>Humor\u00edstico: \"Bueno, eso es triste, \u00a1pero tambi\u00e9n muy divertido!\".<\/p>\n<p>Inteligencia: \"Oh wow, eso es un <em>realmente<\/em> soluci\u00f3n elegante\".<\/p>\n<p>Evaluar las historias <em>usted<\/em> utilizar: \u00bfcu\u00e1ntos de estos cinco atributos comunican?<\/p>\n<p>Llevemos la narraci\u00f3n a un nivel
