Todos los proveedores afirmaban que los clientes finales \"pueden completar el proceso en cinco minutos o menos\":<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a1Convirtieron el flujo de trabajo de 5 minutos en 15-30 minutos...!<\/li>\n<li>Utilizaron datos de demostraci\u00f3n obviamente falsos.<\/li>\n<li>Cubrieron muchas opciones, \u00a1a menudo de forma exhaustiva!<\/li>\n<li>Era obvio que los demostradores hab\u00edan presentado la misma v\u00eda de demostraci\u00f3n docenas de veces (sonaba como si los presentadores fueran aburridos <em>ellos mismos<\/em>!).<\/li>\n<li>El p\u00fablico permaneci\u00f3 en silencio durante toda la demostraci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li>Y los vendedores <em>nunca<\/em> pidi\u00f3 a los prospectos que hicieran aportaciones a los flujos de trabajo...<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Este \u00faltimo punto me ha parecido un gran error. Nuestro objetivo es convertir las demostraciones en <em>conversaciones<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>He aqu\u00ed un consejo realmente estupendo para estas situaciones: Invite a su cliente potencial a\u00a0<em>sea<\/em>\u00a0el cliente final y rellenar el formulario.<\/p>\n<p>Supongamos que su software ofrece un portal de entrada para los consumidores que desean un pr\u00e9stamo. Usted le dice a su cliente potencial: \"Vale, vamos a tener\u00a0<em>usted<\/em>\u00a0hazte pasar por tu cliente. Y<em>ou<\/em>\u00a0dime qu\u00e9 introducir en cada pantalla...\".<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfVentajas?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Usted y su cliente potencial <em>completa<\/em> el formulario de admisi\u00f3n en cinco minutos (probando su reclamaci\u00f3n original).<\/li>\n<li>Su cliente potencial obtiene una visi\u00f3n de primera mano de c\u00f3mo funciona el proceso.<\/li>\n<li>Su cliente potencial <em>piensa<\/em> sobre las opciones y formula las preguntas pertinentes.<\/li>\n<li>Y sus clientes potenciales participan plenamente en todo el proceso.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Este enfoque se denomina \"Relleno del cliente\".<\/p>\n<p>Siempre que haya una opci\u00f3n para elegir (y no te importe la elecci\u00f3n), invita a tu\u00a0<em>prospecto<\/em>\u00a0a tomar la decisi\u00f3n.
