Le pregunt\u00e9: \"\u00bfQu\u00e9 significa esto?\".<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Por ejemplo, \u00bfest\u00e1 escuchando a sus clientes, a sus clientes potenciales o a ambos? \u00bfDicen lo mismo? \u00bfY qu\u00e9 escucha en relaci\u00f3n con los distintos casos de uso?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 dicen los de la Mayor\u00eda Temprana? \u00bfEn qu\u00e9 se diferencian de la Mayor\u00eda Tard\u00eda, de los Innovadores, de los Adoptadores Tempranos (y de los Seguidores R\u00e1pidos) y de los Retrasados?<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Si quiere mejorar un producto o servicio existente, probablemente obtendr\u00e1 una buena orientaci\u00f3n de los clientes actuales que pertenecen a los segmentos mayoritarios. Si quiere cambiar significativamente un producto o servicio para dirigirse a mercados adyacentes o alcanzar objetivos similares, probablemente tenga que escuchar a los clientes potenciales.
