{"id":25758,"date":"2020-12-17T20:45:51","date_gmt":"2020-12-18T04:45:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/greatdemo.com\/?p=25758"},"modified":"2023-01-27T22:40:58","modified_gmt":"2023-01-27T22:40:58","slug":"gracias-por-su-tiempo-alternativo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/greatdemo.com\/es\/thank-you-for-your-time-alternative\/","title":{"rendered":"\"Gracias por su tiempo...\" Alternativa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Many vendors offer the phrase, \u201cThank you for your time\u2026\u201d when starting or completing a meeting with a customer, often adding \u201cI know <em>your<\/em> time is valuable\u2026\u201d\u00a0 This is courteous, but positions the vendor <em>beneath<\/em> the customer, in terms of relative importance.<\/p>\n<p>A very successful salesperson (thanks, Carol!) once shared the following advice that I continue to apply today:<\/p>\n<p>She asked me, \u201cIsn\u2019t <em>your<\/em> time just as valuable as the customer\u2019s?\u201d\u00a0 I responded, \u201cOf course it is\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She then offered a better way starting and closing meetings. \u00a0She suggested saying,\u00a0\u201cI\u2019m glad we are [or were] able to invest this time together today\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>This positions both parties as <em>equals<\/em> \u2013 regardless of whether you are speaking with an executive, middle manager, staff member or system administrator.\u00a0 What a delightful idea!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Muchos vendedores ofrecen la frase \"Gracias por su tiempo...\" al iniciar o finalizar una reuni\u00f3n con un cliente, y a menudo a\u00f1aden \"S\u00e9 que su tiempo es valioso...\".
